Fitting
In addition to standard repairs, we offer full service bicycle
fittings. Ed, Keith and Rob are Trek University
Grads and have over 25 years experience. In 2007 Bike
& Hike won the Trek Outstanding Acheivement Award given
to the top Trek dealer in the Central Illinois area.
Remember to inflate your tires before each ride or at least every other day. It is not uncommon to lose up to 5-10 psi in that time frame. By doing this you will greatly reduce your risk of pinch flats and make the ride much easier and efficient.
